Daycare Photo Journal
September
2006:
Finally the temperature drops below 92°
so we are indeed grateful that we're not trapped in some old Twilight
Zone episode where the earth goes spinning into the sun, as seemed
likely only a couple of weeks ago. But the kids are back in school, the
ragweed is gearing up for a big old hoedown, and there are only
however-many-shopping-days until Christmas. <sigh...>
PDX had a great August: Bob Gary will surely win The Pulitzer Prize for
his the excellent article in the business section of the
Times Free Press, and Cari
Gervin said really great things about us in articles in the Northshore
and Signal Mountain Community News sections. We hosted another
Canine
Good Citizen and Therapy Dogs International test, as well as the
Obedience Club Of Chattanooga's
Obedience and Rally Fun Matches.

Aloud Chattanooga is truly getting underway, and we're making plans for
training our therapy dogs to be perfect read-to companions for
youngsters who need a little help from some furry friends.
Steve Frick ventured north to give us a wonderful agility workshop, and
just in time for the fall trial season. So, much hubub and hoopla, but
the dogs just know it's way more fun now that the heat is off! --
