Daycare Photo Journal
May 2008:
I love hearing stories about how much dogs love coming to "school". And
there are many. Some dogs grab their leash and dance by the door,
clearly sending a message that it's time already. Some follow their
bipeds around while the morning rituals are being performed, whining and
jiggling, and generally urging their people into more swift action. The
retrievers retrieve, the herding breeds herd, the Poodles preen, and the
terriers just scream and bang their heads on the door (it's true! Ask
Rory's mom!). Anyone who thinks that dogs don't communicate simply isn't
paying attention. I've often wanted to have a testimonials page on this
web site where people can share these stories, but haven't had the time
to do the legwork on finding software to support it. Then I had an
inspiration: there are several online services who do exactly that -
provide a way for folks to review local businesses. Why not tell the
world your stories? Sharing is good for the soul, or at least fun to do,
particularly when a bunch of lunatic dog people go public with their
stories. So - if you've got a minute and an inspiration, please visit
one or more of these sites that let you put in your review and tell your
tale. I can't wait to see what YOU say!! -- Bev
