Training class registration
To register for a class, we need a
completed and signed application, plus a copy of your shot records.
All class dogs must be current on
Rabies
vaccine, which is required by state law.
Additionally, dogs under 2 years should be current on parvo,
and distemper. In addition, we recommend the kennel cough
(Bordetella) vaccine since dogs will be in close proximity with each
other. Check with your vets to see what they
recommend. You do not need to pay until orientation night, although
it might save you a bit of a wait in line if you do. We strongly
recommend that you attend the orientation, which will cover learning
theory, training mechanics, safety, equipment, and house rules.
Please do not bring your dog to orientation. Please see our
Pre-Class Prep sheet for more information
about what to bring to class. If you have any questions at all, just
let us know.

use good old USPS by mailing it to Play Dog Excellent, 4113 Dayton
Blvd, Chattanooga TN 37415. We will confirm receipt of all
applications via phone or email within one business day of receipt.
